I’ve hardly used LinkedIn for sometime now. Occasionally, I’ll log in and update a couple of things if I notice something. But otherwise, it’s just there. LinkedIn started out with a good idea. Now they try to do too many things, and it’s a cluttered mess. A place where all you do is just add more people and expand your network. Zerply seems to be doing it right. The focus is firmly on you and what you love doing. And that’s wonderful. Endorsing someone for a particular skill is also simple and well considered. To top it off, you get a beautiful and professional public profile, with a custom URL making it easy to share. Here’s mine.
